Why Take an Anger Management Program?
Anger is a natural emotion and a response to something deeper —but when it feels out of control, it can damage relationships, career, affect your health, and leave you feeling regret and shame. My program and counselling offers a supportive approach to help you:
Understand what triggers your anger and what is beneath the angry response
Feel the urges connected to your anger while responding according to your values
Remain in control and communicate more effectively
Increase your emotional intelligence and capacity to regulate strong emotion
Cultivate safe and responsive relationships at home, work, and in your community
Whether you're here by choice or requirement, anger management can help you regain a sense of agency and live a more balanced everyday life.
