Couples Therapy
I am not currently taking on new clients for couples therapy.
I value long-term relationships and the possibility of sustaining marriages and partnerships grounded in mutual respect, emotional safety, and the capacity for connection and growth over time. Even strong relationships, however, can encounter periods of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding that feel difficult to navigate alone.
Couples therapy offers a relational space where partners can slow down and reflect together on the patterns that shape conflicts and strengths. Tensions that arise between partners are often not simply about the immediate issue at hand. Conflict reflects underlying emotional needs, vulnerabilities, and relational expectations that each person brings into the relationship.
In our work together, we explore these patterns with care and curiosity. By better understanding how each partner experiences themselves, the other, and the whole, couples can begin to shift from cycles of reactivity and toward greater empathy, co-regulation, and mutual understanding.
The goal of this work is not to assign blame, but to help create a relationship where both partners feel seen, respected, and able to appreciate and live life together.
